Oxford exploitation trial: Guilty verdicts over child rapes

Seven members of a sex grooming ring have been convicted of abusing children from Oxford.

An Old Bailey jury heard six girls were drugged and suffered sadistic abuse while aged between 11 and 15.

The court heard victims were plied with alcohol and drugs before being forced to perform sex acts. Some had also been beaten, burnt and threatened.

Nine men had denied charges including rape, arranging child prostitution and trafficking between 2004 and 2012.

Two were acquitted of all charges.

The judge told the guilty men: “You have been convicted of the most serious offences and long custodial sentences are inevitable.”

Scuffle in court

The jury at the Old Bailey considered the evidence for two-and-a-half days and returned the following verdicts.

• Kamar Jamil was found guilty of five counts of rape, two counts of conspiracy to rape and one count of facilitating child prostitution.
• Akhtar Dogar was found guilty of five counts of rape, three counts of conspiracy to rape, two counts of child prostitution and one count of trafficking.
• Anjum Dogar was found guilty of four counts of rape, two counts of child prostitution, two counts of conspiracy to rape and one count of trafficking.
• Assad Hussain was found not guilty of rape and guilty of two counts of sex with a child.
• Mohammed Karrar was found guilty of two counts of conspiracy to rape, three counts of rape of a child, one count of using an instrument to procure miscarriage, two counts of trafficking, one count of assault of a child by penetration, one count of child prostitution, one count of rape and one count of supplying a class A drug.
• Bassam Karrar was found guilty of two counts of rape, one count of conspiracy to rape a child, one count of rape of a child, one count of child prostitution, one count of trafficking and one count of conspiracy to rape.
• Zeeshan Ahmed was found guilty of two counts of sex with a child.

There was a scuffle in the dock as Ahmed struck out at Mohammed Hussain when he was cleared of the charges against him.

Mr Hussain was found not guilty of three counts of sex with a child.

Please note that violence in Burma started after a Burma Buddhists girl was raped and murdered by Rohingya Muslims. The same case here.

Muslims never give respect to their hosts. They are never faithful to the country which give them “better life” and refuge and security which is not available in their own countries.

Sharia is understood as a series of duties and obligations; is not severable from Islamic theology; and as such it does not tolerate parties of differing opinion in its application. It exercises absolute and centralized control over ALL aspects of life. Islam does not consider itself to be the third Abrahamic faith, contrary to fond imaginings. It considers itself to be the only Abrahamic faith, the true faith of all the patriarchs and prophets, including Joseph and Abraham, and of which Judaism and Christianity are but falsifications and perversions. (Qur’an: 12:40; 48:28; 61:9; 16.52; 5:3; 9:33.) In other words, Islam is “the last religion”.

Difference between Jizya and Zakat

Every time the Muslims are asked why the non-Muslims were forced to pay Jizya or why they were indirectly insulted the Muslims reply by saying “so what, the Muslims had to pay zakat too”..implying jizya and zakat are similar taxes imposed on non-Muslims and Muslims respectively.

Let’s see the Differences between Jizya and Zakat

6. refusal to pay Zakat has no a specific punishment by Sharee’ah law in life, but it’s delayed to the end time.	refusal to pay Jizya is considered a breach of The Dhimma contract; as a consequence the Dhimmi’s blood(life) and assets would become permissible
7. should be paid seeking God’s pleasure [Qur'an 30:39]	paid with humiliation, servility and belittlement

Let’s analyze the points one by one.

1. The first point says that jizya was taken from dhimmis or the people of the book which means – Jews and Christians since Allah the all knowing did not know about Hindus ,Jains, Biddhists or american aboriginal religions. (So much for all knowing). These kind of kaffirs were not given the
choiceof jizya. For them the choices were – Conversion or Death.
Islam in it’s true form is nothing less than a large scale organised crime syndicate.

2. Muslims net wealth must exceed a minimum amount which is called Nisab. While all non-Muslims have to pay jizya the poor Muslims will be exempted from zakat because  their net wealth will not exceed the Nisab.
Jizya is an indirect way of “Forced Conversion” since many poor non-Muslims will not be able to pay jizya.

3. The third point again reflects that a minimum wealth must be maintained by the Muslim to pay zakat. No such condition exists for the kaffirs.

4. There is no MAXIMUM amount of zakat, which means even the entire wealth of a non-Muslims can be taken as jizya. This is not the case with zakat. The max. amount is fixed and that too is not bounding on the Muslim.

5. Jizya is paid by all non-Muslims irrespective of age, wealth.

6. This point makes clear that zakat is optional for Muslim. On the contrary if a non-Muslims refuse to pay jizya his entire property and women folk can be taken captive by Muslim. The punishment for refusing to pay jizya is death – The Religion of Peace

7. The last point confirms that the entire idea of jizya is to humiliate, insult and belittle the non-Muslims.

Here are some more proofs that Islam uses the jizya as a weapon against the non-Muslims for the ultimate aim of conversion to Islam.

Muhammad very clearly established that people of other religions have to pay a poll tax to Muslims called the jizya as a reminder of their inferior status. This abrogates an earlier verse stating that there is “no compulsion in religion” and destroys any pretense that Islam is merely a religion and not a political system.

Qur’an (9:29) – “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”

Muslim (19:4294) – There are many places in the hadith where Muhammad tells his followers to demand the jizya of non-believers. Here he lays down the rule that it is to be extorted by force: “If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them”

Bukhari (53:386) – Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.” This is being recounted during the reign of Umar, Muhammad’s companion and the second caliph who sent conquering armies into non-Muslim Persian and Christian lands (after Muhammad’s death).

Ishaq 956 & 962 – “He who withholds the Jizya is an enemy of Allah and His apostle.” The words of Muhammad.

Popular Sufi teacher, Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi:

“The honor of Islam lies in insulting the unbelief and the unbelievers (kafirs). One who respects kafirs dishonors Muslims… The real purpose of levying the Jizya on them is to humiliate them… [and] they remain terrified and trembling.” Islamic Jihad

Muslim MP walks out during playing of Vande Mataram

So Muslims don’t have any problem when they get Haj Subsidy, when they get separate courts and separate laws but singing national song is against their so called religion.

New Delhi : Many Muslims refuse to sing the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ on the ground that their religion does not allow them to worship any entity other than Allah. On Wednesday, it was the turn of a Muslim BSP member Shafiqur Rahman Barq to register his protest.

He did so by walking out the instant Speaker Meira Kumar ordered playing of the song to mark the adjournment sine die of the Budget session, two days ahead of schedule.

While shutting down the session sine die, Kumar took strong objection to the MP walking out of the House.

“I saw one member walking out of the House while Vande Mataram was being played. I take a very serious view of this and need to know why he did so. This should never be done again,” the Speaker said.

Muslims comprise of 48 % of jail inmates in West Bengal

Here goes The Religion of Peace – Muslims comprise of 48 % of jail inmates in West Bengal though their population is around 24%  and it’s reported by a Muslim news website.

It clearly shows their criminal nature and their criminal ideology called Islam.

Kolkata: According to a recently released report of ‘Prisons Statistics – 2011′ by the National Crime Bureau, the Muslim percentage of inmates in West Bengal is disproportionately high.

56.7% of convicts belong to Muslim community were lodged in four States namely Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

In West Bengal Muslim population are 25%, but Muslim prisoners under trials and convicts in jail are 48%.

The number of Muslim under-trials has increased from 5,722 in 2010 to 6,174 in West Bengal.

TCN has a copy of the RTI response that contains detail figure of six central jails in the state.

The report shows that at places numbers of Muslim prison inmates double than that of Hindu inmates. The data for 2012 is compiled as on 01.07.2012 for under trial period and convict.

In 2011 there is 4645 Hindu inmates in 6 Central Jail in West Bengal, But Muslim inmates are 4524 nearly 48% of the total prisoners, where Hindu inmates are 49%.

Murshidabad is the largest Muslim populated district in West Bengal, with 63.67% Muslim population according to the 2001 Census. But in Berhampore Correctional Home Muslim inmates in double then the Hindu communities. In 2011, Hindu inmates were 601 while Muslim comprise of 1134 jail inmates. In 2010 Hindu inmates were 649.

Jalpaiguri is one of the lowest Muslim population districts in West Bengal with only 10.85% Muslim population. Muslim inmates in Jalpaiguri Central Jail, however, comprise of 33.37%.

According to Sachar Committee report in state only 3% of population are in government jobs. Jail inmates, in contrast, are nearing 50%.

These reports clearly indicate that Muslims are uncivilised, barbaric, arrogant, aggressive, violent, criminal minded people who don’t deserve to live near civilised people. Muslims are stupid and lazy. They do not want to work but want all luxuries in life. This make crime an easy choice for them.Muslims should be isolated and should be left alone to fend themselves.

The court, set up by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, will be inaugurated on Monday at Anjuman-i-Islam, near CST, and will serve to fill a long-felt need of the community.
Shariah courts already function at many places in the country, such as Hyderabad, Patna and Malegaon. Here qazis appointed by the AIMPLB hear the community’s various disputes, barring criminal cases, and deliver judgements. “This court will function to settle mainly family disputes pertaining to marriage, divorce and inheritance. Marriage disputes will be settled quickly and the couples will be told to either reconcile or separate if reconciliation is not possible. It will save the community much time and money as fighting cases in civil courts is expensive and time-consuming,” said AIMPLB secretary Maulana Wali Rahmani.

Muslims attacked Christians in Pakistan for playing Music

By playing music, the boy “disrespected” the most peaceful religion in the world after which the peace loving followers ransacked Christian houses and property.

Pakistan Today: Muslim mob targets Christian locality in Gujranwala ‘for disrespecting Islam’
LAHORE – In a renewed attack on minorities, a violent Muslim mob attacked a Christian locality in Gujranwala on Wednesday, damaging shops, houses and vehicles belonging to the local Christians following a clash between the youths of the two communities last night, Pakistan Today has learnt.

According to initial information, a group of Christian boys was snubbed by a local cleric for playing music on their cell phones while passing by a mosque on Tuesday evening.

“Our boys were passing the mosque when the prayer leader objected to their playing music on cell phones. The boys turned off the music at that moment but switched it on again after covering some distance. The cleric raised a clamour and accused the boys of showing disrespect to Islam. As word spread of the incident, we immediately went to the police post in our colony and shared our security concerns with them. The police told us not to worry and assured us that they would contain the situation but no measures were taken,” Pervaiz, a resident of Francis Colony in Gujranwala, told Pakistan Today.

He said that around 2pm, a Muslim mob from the nearby Naroki village attacked the neighbourhood, ransacking shops, houses and around 5-7 vehicles parked on the road. “We saw a police mobile of the area’s checkpost parked in the vicinity but they did not intervene and let the mob damage our property,” he said, adding that the mob dispersed after local Christians took out their weapons and started firing in the air to deter them.

Pakistan Today made repeated attempts to contact the police officials concerned, including Regional Police Officer Amin Waince but they did not receive the calls.

After playing the role of a silent spectator, the police took action and resorted to aerial firing and hurling stones indiscriminately at the mob to disperse it. The mob also pelted stones back at the police.

Muslims – whatever is happening to you in Burma, Srilanka you deserve it – just get over.
