Kolkata: According to a recently released report of ‘Prisons Statistics – 2011′ by the National Crime Bureau, the Muslim percentage of inmates in West Bengal is disproportionately high.

56.7% of convicts belong to Muslim community were lodged in four States namely Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

In West Bengal Muslim population are 25%, but Muslim prisoners under trials and convicts in jail are 48%.

The number of Muslim under-trials has increased from 5,722 in 2010 to 6,174 in West Bengal.

TCN has a copy of the RTI response that contains detail figure of six central jails in the state.

The report shows that at places numbers of Muslim prison inmates double than that of Hindu inmates. The data for 2012 is compiled as on 01.07.2012 for under trial period and convict.

In 2011 there is 4645 Hindu inmates in 6 Central Jail in West Bengal, But Muslim inmates are 4524 nearly 48% of the total prisoners, where Hindu inmates are 49%.

Murshidabad is the largest Muslim populated district in West Bengal, with 63.67% Muslim population according to the 2001 Census. But in Berhampore Correctional Home Muslim inmates in double then the Hindu communities. In 2011, Hindu inmates were 601 while Muslim comprise of 1134 jail inmates. In 2010 Hindu inmates were 649.

Jalpaiguri is one of the lowest Muslim population districts in West Bengal with only 10.85% Muslim population. Muslim inmates in Jalpaiguri Central Jail, however, comprise of 33.37%.

According to Sachar Committee report in state only 3% of population are in government jobs. Jail inmates, in contrast, are nearing 50%.

These reports clearly indicate that Muslims are uncivilised, barbaric, arrogant, aggressive, violent, criminal minded people who don’t deserve to live near civilised people. Muslims are stupid and lazy. They do not want to work but want all luxuries in life. This make crime an easy choice for them.Muslims should be isolated and should be left alone to fend themselves.

Mumbai Mirror: Video parlour owner murdered in Antop Hill for not paying hafta

A 27-year-old owner of a video parlour in Antop Hill was stabbed to death on Monday by five local goons for refusing to pay hafta.

The slain father of two was attacked with swords and choppers on Monday morning outside his Sangam Nagar chawl at Antop Hill.

Raju Mistrylal Soni is survived by his wife Rita, 25, and two children Sneha, six, and Golu, four.

The accused have been identified as Niyaz alias Guddu Akbar Hussain, Feroz Ahmed alias Gabru Alihassan Idrisi, Naseem Rafiq Khan, Ibbu and Hafizul alias Bengali. All the five accused are absconding.

Two policemen posted with the Special Branch of the Mumbai Police were allegedly assaulted with iron rods by illegal Bangladeshi immigrants in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on Monday, police said. The incident took place during a combing operation at a construction site in Ove village. Navi Mumbai police alleged that local police was not informed and that the incident could have been averted otherwise.

A total of six men have been arrested in connection with the case. The injured policemen, police naik Sharad Hande and sub-inspector Subhash Bandekar were part of a team that had arrived in Ove village around 2.15 am on Monday to round up illegal immigrants from Bangladesh working at a construction site, police said.

“Around fifteen persons fled and we are looking for them. The Special Branch had not informed local police. Had they done that, the operation would have been better managed,” said Pramod Shewale, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 2, Navi Mumbai Police.

Events as they occur in quick succession beget the generic search to find the least common denominator in the sequence of such an occurrence. So begins the quest to find the weakest link in the chain before it snaps.

The recent episodic ban on screening Kamal Haasan’s film ‘Vishwaroopam’ in Tamil Nadu theatres; the putative blacklisting of redoubtable author Salman Rushdie at Jaipur and Kolkata litfests; and the war-mongering by Owaisi brothers in Hyderabad, threatening 80 per cent Hindus with decimation by 20 per cent Muslims in a matter of hours if the police were not to intervene, unambiguously point to the least common denominator in the chain of events.

That the aggressive Muslim is the least common denominator in the chain of which the Hindu is the weakest link.

This very indoctrinated Muslim has been the highest common factor — of blood and gore — at places such as Kashmir from where they have succeeded in hounding out Hindus, threatening extermination.

Like ‘Vande Matram’ the title ‘Vishwaroopam’ is per se ‘un-Islamic’ for the Muslim bigot who loathes the very nomenclature of both words for they are sanskritised in etymology. The bigot fails to comprehend Vishwaroopam (the cosmic beauty) is universal to humankind just as Vande Matram (bow to motherland) is a manifestation of ‘Madre Watan’ (the Urdu equivalent of ‘motherland’).

In essence the objection is semantic than substantial. The protests by Islamic protagonists and bolstered by political demagogues under the pretext that the film has an incidental reference to the Quran and portrays Muslims in a bad light is a travesty of justice, to say the least.

The portrayal of violence by Islamic zealots on the celluloid is as real as it gets on the ground; why grudge reality when the religious zealots have wreaked havoc on the earth from Kashmir to Kabul, from the far east to the Middle East to Europe, America and Africa?

Litfests at Jaipur and Kolkata, declaring Salman Rushdie persona non grata, speak volumes of forsaking the genuine pursuit of the arts, literature and culture for political expediency. The captive Muslim votebank is the mantra to an electoral victory, be it Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Rajasthan or for that matter any state in India.

What an irony! ‘Firebrand’ Mamata Banerjee caters to the Muslim clergy, announcing a handsome ‘wazifa’ (scholarship) for imams of mosques in West Bengal, ensuring the Ummah (Muslim citizenry) votes en masse for the Trinamool.

On the contrary, the leftist Hindu Bengali always cries wolf when it comes to political alignment with the nationalist Hindus, saying the ‘communal forces’ must be kept at bay.

The state projects the Hindu as an enemy of the nation from within as made expilicit by his ‘Hindu terror’ remark recently by no less a person than Sushil Kumar Shinde in his official capacity as the country’s home minister, not as a private individual.

So it seems the state is on a warpath with the nation.

The aggressive Indian Muslim has thus been emboldened by the state to the  bizarre yet ominous extent that Hyderabad-based MLA Owaisi makes no bones in threatening on a public platform the mass annihilation of majority Hindus by minority Muslims if the state were to play deaf-mute. Earlier, sundry Muslim politicians from Uttar Pradesh, too, had threatened majority Hindus with dire consequences if the latter dared them.

Of late, an all-girl rock band in Kashmir has been handed a fatwa by the valley’s ‘grand Mufti’ a la Saudi Arabian decree, forbiding music as ‘haraam’ (taboo)  under the Sharia. The band has reportedly been disbanded following life-threatening calls by Kashmiri Muslims to the singer trio.

Is Indian Muslim following the footsteps of his aggressive Kashmiri counterpart?

Will the meek Hindu Indian meet the fate of Kashmiri Pandits? The answer is not too far to seek. God save the nation if the weakest link in the chain gives way under state patronage.

The Pakistanis have killed another Indian – this time on the other side of border. The peaceful followers of The Religion of Peace beat an Indian to death because he was “washing his clothes”.

The typical arrogance that Muslims have coupled with their hatred for the infidels is out open.

Muslims are opposing a movie like “Vishwaroopam” but failed to stop such incidents.

LAHORE: An Indian inmate at the Lahore Central Jail in Kot Lakhpat died under mysterious circumstances.

Chamail Singh, son of Salaar Singh, is a 48-year-old resident of Targwal Khalkay village, Akhnoor tehsil, in Jammu, who was imprisoned on spying charges after a military trial sentence in June 2012.

The beating was witnessed by another inmate, Tehsin Khan Advocate, who was able to speak about it as he was freed three days later on January 18. He told The Express Tribune that at 7:45am on January 15 Singh was washing his clothes at a tap in the jail’s courtyard when two chakar imdadis or hawaldars, Muhammad Sidique and Muhammad Nawaz, and Assistant Superintendent of Jail (ASJ) Nasir Nawaz stopped him for doing so.

“Does he think the jail is his home where he can wash his clothes wherever he wants?” Khan quoted Nawaz as saying.

When Singh responded, the hawaldars started beating him on Nawaz’s orders. The ASJ himself allegedly pounded Singh with his fists. Kicks drew blood from Singh’s upper lip and brow. The three men continued to beat him for a minute, at the end of which he was dead, claimed Khan.

The jailors dispatched the body to the prison hospital before rushing to barrack No. 4 where Singh had been kept. According to Khan, eight affidavits were then extracted from his fellow inmates, all Indian nationals, to the effect that it was a ‘natural’ death. Aided by another inmate Zeeshan, the prisoners who signed the papers were Maqbool Ali, Mohammad Fareed, Kuldeep Kumar, Javed Singh and Lakhu Ram, Shabu Nath. This was all done in the absence of a magistrate.

The affidavits state that Singh lit a cigarette after washing his clothes and died of natural causes. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Singh’s body has been in the Jinnah Hospital mortuary for 12 days. Assistant Superintendant of Police Muhammad Sarwar confirms that he had received the body from the jail and taken it to the hospital.

ASJ Nasir Nawaz was contacted several times by The Express Tribune, but he did not respond. Additional Superintendant Ishtiaq Gill denied, claims, that Singh was beaten to death.

Curfew continued to be clamped in the worst affected Azad Nagar area of riot-hit Dhule township, 350 km from Mumbai, for the third consecutive day on Tuesday even as the death toll in the communal violence mounted to five.

Sources in the police department said an unidentified man who received a bullet injury, ostensibly in the police firing, died in hospital around 6.30am.

Prohibitory orders banning the assembly of five or more people were clamped elsewhere in the town with a population of around 400,000. “The curfew will continue till the law and order situation improves,” inspector general of police, Law and Order, Deven Bharti said. “We will find out how the violence started and spread so quickly.”

As per reports, the riots broke out over a trivial issue of payment of a restaurant bill. Arguments and fisticuffs soon led to full-scale violence.

The violence started after a group of Muslims refused to pay bill after eating at a Hindu restaurant. (typical Muslim character).

After they were thrashed by the restaurant staff these Koranimals brought a mob of more animals with them and started arson and stone pelting.
That’s when police had to intervene and shoot the Islamo-nazi scums. The Mother Earth is now deburdened of their useless weight.

HYDERABAD: Akbaruddin Owaisi, the firebrand leader of the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM), was on Friday taken to court over his disparaging remarks against Hindus in a hate speech, the main content of which was that Muslims would need just 15 minutes without the police to show 100 crore Hindus who is more powerful.In a complaint filed against the MIM legislator, an advocate said he had stumbled upon YouTube uploaded hate speech made at a public meeting at Adilabad on December 24, about 300 km from the city.

The VII additional chief metropolitan magistrate after admitting the petition said the matter will be heard on December 31.

Akbaruddin, who is the younger brother of MIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi, said Hindus have so many gods and goddesses, and every eight days, there are new gods coming up. “We knew about Lakshmi, but who is Bhagyalakshmi, we are not aware,” Akbar said referring to the Bhagyalakshmi temple abutting the historic Charminar….

Alleged stone-pelting on a Durga procession sparked riots in the communally sensitive Akot town in Akola district on Tuesday and Wednesday, resulting in the death of four persons and widespread destruction of property.

While three deaths occurred on Tuesday night, one took place on Wednesday. Five persons were injured. Over 17 houses,16 shops and ten vehicles were burnt in the arson that reportedly spilled over to Wednesday despite curfew.

Sub-Divisional Police Officer Narendra Tapre said, “The shops were gutted in a fire caused by an electrical malfunction on Wednesday.”

He said trouble began after stones were reportedly hurled at the procession around 7 pm on Tuesday.

“The processionists started running as there was a rumour that a house in their part of the town had been burnt. The house had in fact caught fire due to an electrical malfunction. The two sides then started pelting stones at each other. We intervened and the procession continued till idol immersion was completed around midnight. The two sides, however, again came face to face on Wednesday morning and resumed stone-pelting. Curfew was imposed and the situation was brought under control.”

Collector Parimal Singh told The Indian Express , “The riots broke out on Tuesday night when three persons were killed. The fourth death happened on Wednesday. All injured are stable.”

3 Islamic terrorist arrested; terror plot foiled

Times of India report:Cops foil Indian Mujahideen’s major plan to strike Delhi and Bodh Gaya, 3 held

NEW DELHI: Delhi Police on Thursday claimed to have solved the Pune serial blasts in August and averted terror strikes in Delhi and Bihar’s Bodh Gaya during upcoming festival season with the arrest of three suspected Indian Mujahideen terrorists.

The Pune blasts were to avenge the murder of IM operative Qateel Siddique in Yervada Jail on June eight and the initial plan was to target Mumbai or the prison but later this was changed due to logistical reasons, police said.

Asad Khan (33), who is a recruiter, motivator and ideologue of the IM, and Imran Khan (31) were arrested on September 26 from their hideout in Pul Prehladpur in south Delhi and Syed Firoze (38) was apprehended from Nizamuddin Railway station five days later, Delhi Police commissioner Neeraj Kumar told a press conference here.

Asad Khan is a computer expert and has done his diploma. They were allegedly directed by top operatives of the outfit Riyaz and Iqbal Bhatkal.
Five kg of explosive materials, ten detonators and other articles were recovered from them.

They had plans to target Delhi during the festival season and a temple in Bodh Gaya. “With the arrests, we have managed to avert these incidents,” Kumar said.

“During the interrogation of Abu Jundal, we came to know about the plans to strike terror in the country,” he said.

Jundal, a key 26/11 handler, was arrested here in June after being deported from Saudi Arabia.

It came to light during his interrogation that one Fayaz Ahmed Qagzi, a resident of Beed in Maharashtra who is presently based in a West Asian country, was coordinating with Bhatkals. Qagzi was directing the three arrested also.

“It was the Bhatkals who asked one Raju Bhai to arrange hideouts for the trio,” Kumar said.

Police have prepared sketches of Raju Bhai and two others who were allegedly wanted in Pune blasts and are yet to be arrested.

“The Indian Mujahideen militants received their finances through hawala transactions. This module had received Rs three lakh from their mentors based abroad through hawala operators.

“Later, on the instructions of Iqbal and Riyaz Bhatkal, they came to Delhi for causing blasts,” Kumar said.
