Difference between Jizya and Zakat

Every time the Muslims are asked why the non-Muslims were forced to pay Jizya or why they were indirectly insulted the Muslims reply by saying “so what, the Muslims had to pay zakat too”..implying jizya and zakat are similar taxes imposed on non-Muslims and Muslims respectively.

Let’s see the Differences between Jizya and Zakat

Let’s analyze the points one by one.

1. The first point says that jizya was taken from dhimmis or the people of the book which means – Jews and Christians since Allah the all knowing did not know about Hindus ,Jains, Biddhists or american aboriginal religions. (So much for all knowing). These kind of kaffirs were not given the
choiceof jizya. For them the choices were – Conversion or Death.
Islam in it’s true form is nothing less than a large scale organised crime syndicate.

2. Muslims net wealth must exceed a minimum amount which is called Nisab. While all non-Muslims have to pay jizya the poor Muslims will be exempted from zakat because  their net wealth will not exceed the Nisab.
Jizya is an indirect way of “Forced Conversion” since many poor non-Muslims will not be able to pay jizya.

3. The third point again reflects that a minimum wealth must be maintained by the Muslim to pay zakat. No such condition exists for the kaffirs.

4. There is no MAXIMUM amount of zakat, which means even the entire wealth of a non-Muslims can be taken as jizya. This is not the case with zakat. The max. amount is fixed and that too is not bounding on the Muslim.

5. Jizya is paid by all non-Muslims irrespective of age, wealth.

6. This point makes clear that zakat is optional for Muslim. On the contrary if a non-Muslims refuse to pay jizya his entire property and women folk can be taken captive by Muslim. The punishment for refusing to pay jizya is death – The Religion of Peace 🙂

7. The last point confirms that the entire idea of jizya is to humiliate, insult and belittle the non-Muslims.

Here are some more proofs that Islam uses the jizya as a weapon against the non-Muslims for the ultimate aim of conversion to Islam.

Muhammad very clearly established that people of other religions have to pay a poll tax to Muslims called the jizya as a reminder of their inferior status. This abrogates an earlier verse stating that there is “no compulsion in religion” and destroys any pretense that Islam is merely a religion and not a political system.

Qur’an (9:29) – “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”

Muslim (19:4294) – There are many places in the hadith where Muhammad tells his followers to demand the jizya of non-believers. Here he lays down the rule that it is to be extorted by force: “If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them”

Bukhari (53:386) – Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.” This is being recounted during the reign of Umar, Muhammad’s companion and the second caliph who sent conquering armies into non-Muslim Persian and Christian lands (after Muhammad’s death).

Ishaq 956 & 962 – “He who withholds the Jizya is an enemy of Allah and His apostle.” The words of Muhammad.

Popular Sufi teacher, Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi:

“The honor of Islam lies in insulting the unbelief and the unbelievers (kafirs). One who respects kafirs dishonors Muslims… The real purpose of levying the Jizya on them is to humiliate them… [and] they remain terrified and trembling.” It is intended to hold them under contempt and to uphold the honour and might of Islam.”

Muslim MP walks out during playing of Vande Mataram

So Muslims don’t have any problem when they get Haj Subsidy, when they get separate courts and separate laws but singing national song is against their so called religion.

What a bunch of hypocrites these people are. Muslims are parasites who suck the blood of their host until they run it dry.

New Delhi : Many Muslims refuse to sing the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ on the ground that their religion does not allow them to worship any entity other than Allah. On Wednesday, it was the turn of a Muslim BSP member Shafiqur Rahman Barq to register his protest.

He did so by walking out the instant Speaker Meira Kumar ordered playing of the song to mark the adjournment sine die of the Budget session, two days ahead of schedule.

While shutting down the session sine die, Kumar took strong objection to the MP walking out of the House.

“I saw one member walking out of the House while Vande Mataram was being played. I take a very serious view of this and need to know why he did so. This should never be done again,” the Speaker said.

Muslims attacked Christians in Pakistan for playing Music

Pakistanis, who were giving lectures to the world and especially the Burmese Buddhists over the treatment of minority Muslims in Burma openly attacked Christians in their own “Pornistan” – aka the Land of Pure – reason- a Christian boy played music on his cellphone.

By playing music, the boy “disrespected” the most peaceful religion in the world after which the peace loving followers ransacked Christian houses and property.

Pakistan Today: Muslim mob targets Christian locality in Gujranwala ‘for disrespecting Islam’
LAHORE – In a renewed attack on minorities, a violent Muslim mob attacked a Christian locality in Gujranwala on Wednesday, damaging shops, houses and vehicles belonging to the local Christians following a clash between the youths of the two communities last night, Pakistan Today has learnt.

According to initial information, a group of Christian boys was snubbed by a local cleric for playing music on their cell phones while passing by a mosque on Tuesday evening.

“Our boys were passing the mosque when the prayer leader objected to their playing music on cell phones. The boys turned off the music at that moment but switched it on again after covering some distance. The cleric raised a clamour and accused the boys of showing disrespect to Islam. As word spread of the incident, we immediately went to the police post in our colony and shared our security concerns with them. The police told us not to worry and assured us that they would contain the situation but no measures were taken,” Pervaiz, a resident of Francis Colony in Gujranwala, told Pakistan Today.

He said that around 2pm, a Muslim mob from the nearby Naroki village attacked the neighbourhood, ransacking shops, houses and around 5-7 vehicles parked on the road. “We saw a police mobile of the area’s checkpost parked in the vicinity but they did not intervene and let the mob damage our property,” he said, adding that the mob dispersed after local Christians took out their weapons and started firing in the air to deter them.

Pakistan Today made repeated attempts to contact the police officials concerned, including Regional Police Officer Amin Waince but they did not receive the calls.

After playing the role of a silent spectator, the police took action and resorted to aerial firing and hurling stones indiscriminately at the mob to disperse it. The mob also pelted stones back at the police.

Muslims – whatever is happening to you in Burma, Srilanka you deserve it – just get over.

Muslim attacked policeman in mumbai

A Muslim man attacked a policeman when he stopped him for not wearing helmet.

Stopped for not wearing helmet, biker hits traffic cop

MUMBAI: A 43-year-old biker allegedly assaulted a traffic police officer on Tuesday after the latter stopped him for not wearing a helmet and asked for his driving licence. The accused, Himayatali Chaudhry, was riding the bike with his wife Nagina as pillion when the scuffle took place outside the Byculla zoo. The police arrested the couple for preventing a police officer from discharging his duty.

Police sources said that the Byculla division traffic personnel were on a drive when the incident took place at around 1pm. Police sub-inspector Janardhan Patil asked Chaudhry to stop his bike as he was not wearing a helmet. Chaudhry began arguing with the policemen and then he pushed Patil and snatched his police badge.

Patil, in his statement, said that Chaudhry had refused to pay the Rs 100 fine. Chaudhry later tried to influence the police, claiming to be associated with a political party. Patil alleged that Chaudhry had assaulted him. The traffic police team alleged that Nagina, who saw her husband arguing with Patil, also joined him. She allegedly threatened the police that she would file a molestation case against them. A case has been registered against the couple.

Why I report such minor issues?
You may think it’s a petty offense and should be ignored. But those who live in Mumbai know very well that Byculla is a Muslim majority area – a Mini Pakistan in India or a No-Go Zone. This is how Muslim behave in non-Muslims countries while in Muslim countries the non-Muslims are treated like filth, raped, killed on the most minor issues.
These issues shows the Muslim psyche and expose their lies about being some sort of saintly people. Muslims think they are “God’s Gift To Mankind”..they think they have the right to treat others as trash while they themselves want to be treated like kings and queens.

Azad Maidan Violence proves – There are NO Moderate Muslims

Polio drops are un-Islamic – Pakistan Mullah

A Mullahs in Pakistan has declared the polio campaign ‘un-Islamic’ and announced at the local mosque that Jihad should be carried out against the visiting polio vaccination team.

According to details, the local polio team entered Muzaffargarh’s rural Khan Pur Bagga Sher area and asked local families to cooperate with the campaign.
When the local cleric, Maulvi Ibrahim Chisti found out about the campaign, he immediately went to the biggest mosque in the area and declared that polio drops are ‘poison’ and against Islam. He added that if the polio team forced anybody to partake in the vaccination campaign, then Jihad was ‘the only option’.
As a result, the polio team returned to Muzaffargarh city without carrying out immunisation, and reported the matter to Muzaffargarh Health Executive District Officer (EDO) Dr Aashiq Hussain, who in turn informed the Muzaffargarh District Coordination Officer (DCO) Tahir Khursheed.
A police inquiry was ordered, after which a raid was carried out in the cleric’s area. However, Chisti had already escaped by the time the police arrived.
Residents said the cleric had tried to convince them that the polio campaign was a ‘western conspiracy’ to render the population impotent.
After the police raid, the polio team returned to Khan Pur Bagga Sher to implement the polio immunisation campaign.

Finally Supreme Court of India has taken a good decision. Haj subsidy, the TAX PAYERS MONEY which was given to Muslims to fulfill their haj to Mecca will be abolished. My question is why in 10 years, why not NOW?

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed the Union government to gradually reduce and abolish haj subsidy in 10 years and invest the amount – averaging over Rs 650 crore a year for last five years – in education and other measures for social development of the minority community.
“We direct the Central government to progressively reduce the amount of subsidy so as to completely eliminate it within a period of 10 years from today,” said a bench of Justices Aftab Alam and Ranjana P Desai in an order that reflected a resolve which successive governments had failed to muster in the last 60 years. That the apex court had earlier upheld the constitutional validity of Haj subsidy only adds to the significance of the order.

My question is why in 10 years why not now? Muslims asked for their separate country in 1947 and got it. So they have no right over India’s resources.

Muslims’ Religion affects their literacy rates – in negative way: Study

Religion affects literacy in complex ways
Religion affects everything in human societies, from politics and family life to education. Religious factors may even play into economic outcomes for different groups. In India, for example, Muslims have historically lagged behind Hindus and other religious groups when it comes to literacy rates. What’s more, literacy rates among Muslims are generally lower in districts with high proportions of Muslim inhabitants. Now, researchers from California are suggesting that these numbers may be telling a much more complicated story about the history of India, colonialism, and religious education.

Chaudhary and Rubin found that Muslim literacy rates weren’t just lower in general than Hindu literacy rates – Muslims who lived in areas with proportionally higher concentrations of Muslim inhabitants were also less literate than those who lived in more diverse areas. Something about living around greater numbers of Hindus, Sikhs, and members of other Indian groups seemed to encourage Muslim literacy.

…..they hit upon an interesting fact: it wasn’t the proportion of Muslim inhabitants in any given district that best predicted literacy rates among Muslims. Instead, it was the length of time that had elapsed since Muslim rule had ended in that area. The longer it had been since Muslim rule had collapsed in a given region, the higher the literacy rates were among Muslim inhabitants.

…Since madrasas tended to focus almost exclusively on religious education, especially memorization of the Koran, overall literacy among madrasa students tended to be lower than among students at secular institutions.

Madrasa education, while providing a strong foundation for Muslim scholarship and understanding of the Koran, did not prioritize general literacy in the same way that the Indian public education system did. Thus, the greater the proportion of school-aged children in a given region who attended madrasas rather than public schools, the lower the literacy rates in that region. In areas where Muslim rulership had recently collapsed, the overall proportion of Muslim inhabitants tended to be higher, making the census data seem to indicate that higher proportions of Muslims in a population led to lower literacy rates among believers in Islam.

The simple fact is that Muslims came to this country as robbers, marauders.

Sectarian Violence among Muslims

Muslims, when they are done killing the infidels start killing each other. They can’t live peacefully with anyone. In India they are fighting against the Hindus and the Sikhs; in Middle East they are fighting against the Jews and the Christians. In Africa they routinely kill Christians. In Europe they are working against the Christians and bombing their cities.

Muslims and Untouchability

Muslims who cry for the treatment of Dalits in India forget that their own brethren treat non-Muslims as untouchables in their own country and nothing is done by other Muslims – they just watch and ignore. Who cares for a filthy kaffir, he/she will go to Hell eventually?
